 This is a captivating historical novel  that explores the relationship between two sisters whose lives take different directions after surviving their voyage on the RMS Titanic from Ireland to America in 1912. A distant relative had provided a means for the sisters to immigrate to New York. Delia was to have been a maid in a modest household while Nora was to have been a governess for a well-to-do family.
