Virtual Program: Out of Rushmore's Shadow

Nichols Village and Langley-Adams Library are proud to present storyteller Lou Del Bianco! The author of Out of Rushmore's Shadow will portray his grandfather, Luigi Del Bianco , who was the chief carver of Mount Rushmore. Using authentic photographs, timelines and documents, Lou helps bring his grandfather's story to life. Out of Rushmore's Shadow is a dramatic and moving story about Luigi's legacy and struggles. 2021 is the 80th anniversary of Mount Rushmore's completion! 

This will be a zoom program, and registration is required. If you need help registering, please call our library.  Langley-Adams Library has a copy of Lou's book in our collection if you are interested.
