Do you speak Italian or would like to? This group is entering its 5th year together. Members speak Italian at various levels/no judgement. The more the merrier! This group meets from September through the end of June on Wednesdays (except on holidays and school vacation weeks) from 3-4. Members come when they can. The best way to know if this is group you would like to join is to come and see for yourself, but please let Sue Nakanishi (the Adult Services Librarian) know you are planning to attend. Occasionally, the group will meet at other places (i.e. gelato). *There is a member from Sicily who offers her teaching skills to those who are beginners or a bit rusty. Sometimes the group works on their Italian speaking skills by doing a crossword puzzle or some other activity. Sometimes they share traditional foods! All of the members, so far, were either born in Italy or Sicily or have an Italian Heritage, this is NOT a requirement!
