Inspired by a true story of Samuel Bellamy and his star -crossed love for a fearless woman, If the Tide Turns is author Rachel Rueckert's debut novel! We hope you'll join us while we zoom with her. Rachel Rueckert is an award winning writer, editor, and teacher who holds an MFA from Columbia University and an M.Ed. from Boston University.
