Mary is known for her thriller A Dangerous Woman, which was a 1993 movie starring Debra Winger, Barbara Hershey, Gabriel Byrne David Strathaim, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Jake Gyllenhaal,  and Songs in Ordinary Time, an Oprah Winfrey book club pick and a CBS television movie starring Sissy Spacek and Beau Bridges.

She has a new book called The Silence! This is her 9th book. Her last one was Light From a Distant Star, published in 2011. Mary will discuss her writing career and The Silence with us. Light refreshments will be served. PLEASE register so that we may plan accordingly.
